How does Order Sync Works on TikTok Shop Integration?

1. When you upload your products from Shopify to TikTok or import your products from TikTok to Shopify using our application, those products will also be linked with the same product details. This way, your TikTok orders will be synced to Shopify through the linked TikTok and Shopify products.
2. The primary factor for Order Sync is the product SKUs. If you have not uploaded products using our application and have products available in both Shopify and TikTok with the same corresponding SKUs. In that case, TikTok orders will be synchronized based on matching SKUs with Shopify.
3. Please Note: Your TikTok order must be paid to sync to our application and Shopify.

Let's learn how Order sync works step by step:

1. when there is an order on TikTok that is paid, the order will be automatically synchronized within our application. However. In this one hour time window the Order Status will be "On Hold". This is because orders on hold are often incomplete or can be cancelled, and TikTok might restrict syncing full details until the order is confirmed and processed​.

2. After 1 hour the TikTok updates the " On Hold " status to " Awaiting Shipment " and so does in our application. Once the order status changed to " Awaiting Shipment " that order will be synced to Shopify for the fulfillment.

3. Now you have to fulfill the orders in Shopify by adding the Tracking Number :

4. After the order is fulfilled in Shopify, the fulfillment details will be synced to our application and to TikTok. Subsequently, the order status will be changed to "Awaiting Collection" in TikTok, and this update will also sync to our application.
