How can I sync the inventory of my products between Shopify and TikTok Shop?

In your onboarding process, you need to connect your Shopify and TikTok locations. Your product inventory will then be synced based on your connected location.

Let's understand the few inventory sync cases here:

Upload/Import Products between two platforms:

Once the products are uploaded or imported using our system, the products are linked between the two platforms. In this scenario, if you manually update the inventory in Shopify, it will also update the inventory in TikTok. However, if you manually update the inventory in TikTok Shop, it will not update the inventory in Shopify.

Automatic link between Shopify and TikTok based on SKUs:

If the products are linked between Shopify and TikTok Shop based on SKUs, since shopify is the primary source then if you manually update your inventory on Shopify, it will update the inventory in TikTok Shop. However, if you manually update the inventory in TikTok Shop, it will not update the inventory in Shopify.

Update through Shopify and TikTok orders:

If there is a sale on Shopify, it will update the inventory of linked products in TikTok Shop, and the same goes for TikTok Shop to Shopify.
